Hi,
Just got a C24 for Christmas (my wife is the best!), and I recently upped to PTLE with a 002R. With the C24 having 16 outs and the 002R 8 ins and the lightpipe, I want to get all 16 into the 002R. (I record solo, but want to avoid a lot of switching) Any suggestions for an 8 channel A/D converter to utilize the other 8 outs? Most of the ones I've surfed at have preamps, which are already in the C24, or are severely pricey. Don't even mention the Binford 2000 if it costs beaucoup bucks, as even the best wife has her limits! Looking for the best value. Behringer? Presonus? Apogee Rosetta?($$$) It's a home studio with aspirations...

Thanks!

hi wayner

i'm looking for a ad-converter too. i looked at the following parts:

Alesis AI-3 http://www.alesis.com/products/ai3/
RME ADI-8 pro http://www.rme-audio.de/adi/adi8.htm
M-Audio Octane8 http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/Octane-main.html
PreSonus DigiMAX LT http://www.presonus.com/digimax_lt.html

...in my case micpres are useful...
the AI-3 is not so expensive and it's a ad/da converter.

i hope it helps.
