192 output DB25 to -10db unbalanced diagram

anyone know diagram of 192 output DB25 to -10db unbalanced diagram
please help, have to custom madem,
cuz my system need different output level & balance & unbalanced
and in 192's Manual have only -10balanced, don't have unbalanced.

From the manual:

For –10 dBV gear, a special DigiSnake cable
(sold separately) is available. If you want to
make your own cable, be sure to use in-line
transformers or resistor networks to properly
pad the +4 dBu output to –10 dBV levels.

what's inline transformer? or how to connect network resistor?.
