Quad Audio Interface failure

I have an old NuBus AV system v3.6 that was working till one of the Quad interface boxes (s/n A009923 rev. EF) started clicking and flashing lights instead of working. We never power the system down (has UPS) but this one time we powered down then up and the flashing started. This system is used by my 16 year old son at home, therefore not an income generator. I would like to know how I can get this module repaired for as little cost at possible. Anyone know how? Thanks

Hi Jay,

Your going to have to call us at (650) 842-6699 to get a repair authorization. Before you do, double check that you have the correct interface selected in the software. If that doesn't do it look for a digisetup file in your system folder, trash it and restart the computer.
