adding fx to groups!!!!!!!!

how would i go about adding an effect to a group of tracks.
for example, can i group the drums and then add a compressor to the "group" or the whole drumkit???
how can i achieve this in pt?

send all your wanted tracks to an aux channel -
do that with sending there output to bus {let say} 1-2
and open a stereo aux track with bus 1-2 for input
and then you can add your compressor to the aux track
