Mackie Onyx mixers and Pro Tools

I know others have talked about 2 digi 001s and stuff like that, but I would like to know if the Mackie Onyx mixers would work with Pro Tools LE since it has a fire wire option out at 24/96 khz has anyone tried it or know whether it would work or not.
