Speed Test Numbers

Does anyone know where I can find documentation on the minimum speed test number requirements? I'm particularly interested in the numbers for version 1.3.

Thanks. I don't need those numbers anymore though. I just purchased MLCD 2.01 and a new CDR400AT. Works great!!!!
